Abalone with Cabbage Soup Recipe



Serves 6 

Ingredients:

•    1/4 lb pork
•    2 tablespoon sesame oil
•    6 cups water
•    16 oz. of sliced fresh/can of abalone
•    1 lb Chinese cabbage chopped
•    4 sliced mushrooms
•    3 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
1.    In a pot with 6 cups of water and sesame oil, boil the pork for 25 minutes then set the pork aside in a bowl. Then remove any bones.
2.    Add abalone, mushrooms and soy sauce in the pot and stir for 5 minutes
3.    Then add Chinese cabbage and boil for 5 minutes.
4.    Let it simmer for another 5 minute or until pork is tender.
