- 3/4 lb.diced bbq pork
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 4 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/4 cups soy sauce
- In a large wok heat BBQ pork then add the eggs and stir constantly for 1 minute.
- Add the remaining ingredients to wok and heat for 8-10 minutes while stirring constantly.
