Cabbage Soup Recipe


6 servings

Ingredients:

•    1 boneless chicken breast and cut into strips
•    5 cup chicken broth
•    1 cup water
•    6 pieces of Chinese cabbage (sliced into smaller pieces)
•    3 tablespoon soy sauce
•    1 tablespoon salt
•    1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
1.    In pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
2.    Add chicken and let it cook for 5-10 minutes
3.    Add remaining ingredients and heat for 3-5 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
