Egg Flower with Tomato Soup Recipe


Serves 6 

Ingredients:

•    2 tomatoes (diced or sliced into smaller pieces)
•    ½ onion sliced thin
•    6 cups chicken broth
•    2 tablespoon of cooking oil
•    1 tablespoon salt
•    ¼ black pepper
•    2 egg (stirred)
•    2 tablespoon cornstarch (mix with 2 tablespoon of cold water)

Directions:
1.    In a pot, add cooking oil and heat chicken broth to a boil
2.    Add tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper and heat for about 5 minutes.
3.    Add in egg while stirring then add cornstarch. Stir well and heat for another 5 minutes.
