Fish Maw Soup Recipe


Serves 6

Ingredients

•    6 cups chicken stock
•    1/4 lb fish's maw, soaked and diced
•    6 water chestnuts, diced
•    1 egg stirred
•    2 tablespoon cornstarch (mix with 2 tablespoon of cold water)

Directions:
1.    In a pot, boil the chicken stock then add fish maw and water chestnuts. Simmer for 30 minutes.
2.    Add egg and stir then add cornstarch and stir thoroughly.
3.    Simmer for another 5 minutes
