Peking Style Soup Recipe


6 servings

Ingredients:

•    6 cup beef or chicken broth
•    2 tablespoon cornstarch (mix with 3 tablespoon of cold water)
•    4 tablespoon soy sauce
•    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
•    1 scallion (shredded)
•    Small carrot (shredded)
•    Any other vegetables (shredded)
•    3 mushrooms (shredded)
•    2 tablespoon vinegar
•    3 eggs (stirred)

Directions:
1.    In a pot, bring broth to a boil and add cornstarch. Mix well.
2.    Add remaining ingredients except the egg and let it boil for 8-10 minutes.
3.    Add in eggs while stirring and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
