Chicken Wings with Oyster Sauce Recipe

Serves 4

- 3 lb chicken wings
- 5 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 ¼ cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- salt
- pepper


1. Bring water to the boil in a pot, then add chicken and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and discard the water.

2. Put the chicken wings into a wok and add then add all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes while stirring.
