Moo Shu Pork Recipe

Moo Shu Pork Recipe

Serves: 4

-2 lb lean pork, shredded
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-6 tablespoon oil
-4 eggs, beaten
-2 scallions, shredded
-½ teaspoon sugar

1.Mix the pork with the soy sauce.
2.Heat 6 tablespoons of the oil in a pan. When very hot, add the eggs and stir-fry until set. 3.Cut into thin strips, using a spatula, and transfer to a plate.
4.Add the remaining oil to the pan and heat.
5.Add the pork, mushrooms and scallions, and stir fry until the pork is cooked.
6.Add the egg pieces and the sugar, mix well. Serve immediately.
