Roast Pork Recipe

Servings: 4

-2 lb. pork roast
-1/2 tablespoon sugar
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/4 cup water
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup dry sherry
-2 chopped green onions
-2 crushed garlic cloves

1. Mix all ingredients except pork roast.
2. Place roast in a container for the even and pour in the mixed ingredients. Cover pan tightly. Bake at 275°F for 4 to 5 hours. Check every hour and stir/baste.
