Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe

Serves 4

  • 2 lbs of chicken, sliced
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 2 stalks spring onion  
  • 3 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce (add 2 tablespoon of sugar)
  • 1 cup water
  1. Sauté ginger and spring onion with cooking oil. Add seasoning mix and bring it to the boil.
  2. Put in chicken, cover and cook in low heat. Turn over the chicken every 5 minutes until deep brown (20 minutes).
  3. Sprinkle in sesame oil. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
