Stir Fried Pork Chop Recipe

Serves 3

-1 lb. pork chops (cut to 3 pieces each, marinate for 30 min.)
-1 tablespoon hot bean sauce
-3 oz. bamboo shoot (diced)
-5 water chestnuts (diced)
-2 cup peas and carrots
-1 onion (diced)
-3 slices pineapple (diced)

Pork Chop Marinade:
Sprinkle salt, sugar and pepper on both sides.
-1 tablespoon cornstarch
-1 teaspoon sugar
-3 tablespoon ketchup
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-2 cup water
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon rice wine


1.Marinade pork for one hour. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil (high). Brown pork chops on two sides; remove.
2.Heat 2 tablespoon oil (high, or leftover oil from frying chops). Brown 1 tablespoon hot bean sauce. Mix well with oil.
3.Put in all vegetables except pineapple. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
Put in pineapple and sauce mixture. When thickened, mix them with chops and serve.
